IBIZA Magic Sand Factory is a kinetic sand manufacturer: we make moldable Magic Sand, the shape-holding sensory sand known generically as kinetic sand, for distributors, toy retailers and brands that want their own line. We supply 40% of sand manufacturers in China, which means other sand makers buy from us too, and we hold 30+ product patents. As a kinetic sand supplier working directly from the factory, we handle formula production, packing and assembly in-house and offer one-stop OEM processing.
Sand color. The standard range is eight colors: pink, orange, red, purple, green, blue, yellow and brown. Custom colors are available on request.
Packaging. Seven formats are available: in bulk, paper bag, plastic bag, plastic box, plastic jar, storage box and woven bag. Prepackaged OEM is also available if you want retail-ready units.
Kit contents and molds. We assemble kits to your spec, with molds such as cake, dinosaur and castle shapes. For a finished example, look at our moldable sensory play kit.
Formula (ODM). We produce the formula in-house and customize it to your specifications. Put any unusual requirement in your first brief so we can confirm feasibility in the quote.
As a private label toy manufacturer, we run a fully automated production line with machine packaging. The stages include stirring, automatic packaging, heat sealing, shrink wrap and assembly. Behind the line are 30 years of glass-bead R&D and manufacturing: our professional R&D team develops the formula, and a dedicated after-sales department supports every order once it ships.
Our process includes 600°C high-heat press processing, high-temperature filter sterilization, and purification with repeated polishing. Safety & Compliance
Our sand is certified by China 3C and tested through SGS to European EN71 and American ASTM requirements, among other tests. Tell us your target market in your inquiry so we can match the specification to the standards you need to meet.
Who We Supply
We supply distributors, toy retailers and private-label brands. Buyers who serve schools and sensory programs can also use us as a play sand supplier and order play sand wholesale alongside their custom line. For volume orders without customization, buy kinetic sand in bulk.

Do you offer samples, and how long does production take?
Sample arrangements and production lead times vary with the customization involved. Ask about both when you send your specs, and they will be confirmed in your quote.
Is IBIZA the maker of the branded Kinetic Sand?
No. "Kinetic Sand" is a brand owned by Spin Master. IBIZA is a separate OEM/ODM supplier of moldable Magic Sand and makes custom and private-label products for its own customers.
Will the product be damaged during transportation?
Each of our products has undergone strict screening and meticulous packaging to ensure that the products can reach your hands intact during the process of delivery, loading and transportation.
What is the mode of transportation?
We give priority to fast and safe logistics. Whether by land, water or air, there is always a way to get your goods to you.
Will the magic sand deteriorate during transportation?
You don't have to worry about this, our magic sand uses high-quality raw materials. High temperature resistant organic silica gel ensures that the product is not easy to deteriorate during transportation.
